What's included in the membership?

Your $49/year membership includes up to 100 questions, extended conversation context, access to larger itinerary planning, ask up to 10 questions directly to our expert travel team and access to concierge for tailored 1-1 journey support.

How does billing work?

You'll be billed annually at $49 plus any applicable taxes for your region. Your subscription will automatically renew each year, but you can cancel anytime from your account page with our partner Polar.

How does concierge work?

Concierge is available to Conductor Sam Members, once signed up we'll work with you to create the perfect trip. Concierge is billed at $100/hour.

Is there a refund policy?

If you change your mind before you use your new benefits then we will offer you a full refund within 14 days.

How do I access member benefits?

Once you've subscribed, all benefits are automatically applied to your account. You'll immediately have access to your additional questions and all other member features.
